TubeG has changed how I watch YouTube videos
TubeG saves my place when I watch a lecture or documentary on YouTube, so that I can come back at any time and pick up where I left off. I used to try to watch longer YouTube videos in my web browser, but I would usually close the tab or the browser absent-mindedly, and lose my place. TubeG lets me keep a list of content I want to watch in a completely different app, so that closing the browser (or shutting down the computer) doesn’t make me lose my place.
In addition to that great feature, it’s a really clean and easy to understand interface. I’ve added the TubeG component to my Google Chrome browser so that if I see something I want to watch later I can click the icon on the Chrome task bar and load the YouTube video in TubeG for saving. You can make your own playlists in TubeG to sort out the content you want to save for later.
Being able to save your stopping place in the video really makes TubeG useful for watching classroom lectures, documentaries, speeches and movies on YouTube. This sets TubeG apart from every other YouTube app -- TubeG is by far the best app of its kind!
